SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


6. DELAYS

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as courier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing).

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, if there is a significant delay, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.


7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
